FRESH FLOWERS
Fresh flowers are perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Please follow these instructions to give your fresh flowers a longer life:
- Place your arrangement indoors, in a cool place, away from any direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents.
- Avoid placing the flowers directly under ceiling fans, on top of televisions, radiators, or near drafty areas or appliances that emit heat.
- Keep the arrangement in a cool place (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Arrangements with Floral Foam: Add a cup of water (tea cup) every other day from the middle into the base of the box or vase. If needed, re-cut the stems by removing one inch with a sharp knife at a 45 degree angle then place back into the water absorbed foam.
- Bouquets: Upon receiving the bouquet, trim the stems at an angle and place them in fresh, clean water. Change the water every 2-3 days to maintain freshness.
- Remove any wilted or discolored flowers to keep the arrangement looking fresh.
FOREVER FLOWERS
Forever flowers, also known as preserved or eternal flowers, are real, natural flowers that have undergone a unique preservation process to maintain their beauty, shape, and flexibility for an extended period. By following these care tips, you can enjoy the timeless beauty of preserved flowers for a year or more.
- Store them in an area with controlled temperatures and humidity levels. Exposure to heat or direct sunlight may cause the colors to fade, while cold temperatures may cause brittleness. Avoid moist, humid environments.
- If dust accumulates on the flower petals, gently remove it with a soft, dry cloth. Always handle preserved flowers carefully, as they are fragile and easily damaged.
- Preserved roses do not require water to retain their fresh appearance. Keep eternal florals dry and away from liquids and excessive humidity. Exposing them to water or other liquids will damage their delicate structure over time, causing them to lose their vibrancy. Store your flowers in a cool, dry place to ensure they retain their beauty for a year or more.
- We do not recommend removing the flowers from their vase, flower box, or vessel.
- Keep preserved flowers away from lightly colored fabrics or other objects to avoid color transfer and staining. Display them on a stable, flat surface, such as a shelf or tabletop, where they can be showcased without the risk of damage or contact with other items.
